Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, lost or isolated? You don't have to face challenges alone. I specialise in helping neurodivergent adults - and those exploring their possible neurodivergent identity - to understand and embrace their true self, improve their relationships, and confidently navigate life to get back on track.
About me and my practice
Welcome, I'm Hannah. I love to help neurodivergent adults, and those exploring their possible neurodivergent identity, to navigate life with confidence. I understand that everyone has their own individual problems and circumstances. As a dyslexic and dyspraxic person with ADHD, I know what it can be like to feel different and I'm here to really 'get' you. Our sessions are compassionate, judgment-free, neuro-affirming and at your own pace, so you can be yourself.
Perhaps you: often feel misunderstood; are fearful of being 'broken' and need support from someone you can trust; feel you aren't good enough; feel shame, self-blame and low self-confidence; can get overwhelmed and stuck in procrastination; have experienced difficulties with relationships and work; are exhausted at trying to fit in; are perimenopausal/menopausal and finding it harder to cope; are confused and frustrated about why some things seem more difficult for you (especially if you excel at others). Maybe you have difficulty feeling and identifying your emotions or what to do with them. Or the opposite - you feel deeply and have difficulty managing the intensity and change in your emotions. Or many other things - us human beings are complex and unique people.
I work in a relaxed, confidential way to help you understand yourself better and find a way forward. Whether facing specific issues or seeking personal development, I can help you find your voice, make sense of your feelings and find your own solutions that bring you closer to where you want to be.
I see our working relationship as a partnership and a journey we take together through your challenges towards a more fulfilling life. I practice person-centred therapy, believing in everyone's potential to grow and change. Together, we'll help you live in a way that feels true to you.
